Personal Trainer
Personal Trainers are fitness professionals who provide exercise prescription and instruction where there are no significant restrictions imposed by injury or disease. Personal Trainers focus on: providing education around safe and effective was to achieve and maintain personal fitness; facilitating strength changes; addressing body composition; achieving athletic goals; and supporting weight management. Personal Trainers can work with you for a short time or ongoing.
